DocChase

Privacy

DocChase stores the email you enter so this browser can skip the prompt next time, and so the request can be tied to you. The table is signups(email, app, created_at, source) with app set to tyrian-docchase.

A request stores the client name, due date, checklist, and any files the client uploads. Records and files are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We count page views and API calls without cookies: each one is logged with the page, referrer, country, and an anonymous daily hash. Raw IP addresses are not stored. There is no advertising and no sale of this data.

The client does not create an account. Anyone with the client link can upload to that checklist. Anyone with the dashboard link can download or delete the files. Both links are long random tokens.

You can delete a file, or delete the whole request, from the dashboard. Closing a request stops new uploads. The email saved in this browser can be cleared with “Use a different email.”

Upgrade buttons record an intent only. This build does not send card details anywhere and does not call Stripe.
