    Start from monthly close, a US tax return, declaración anual, a tenant file, or new-hire onboarding. Rename, add, or drop lines before you send.

    Send one link

    They open it with no account. Each item takes a file, a phone photo, or a short note that it does not apply.

  3. 03

    Watch what is still open

    Status, downloads, and a reminder in English or Spanish you can paste into email or WhatsApp. Overdue requests stay in view.

Practical questions

Does the client need an account?

No. They open the link and upload. You are the only person who enters an email.

Which files are accepted?

PDF, images (including a phone photo), text, CSV, and Word or Excel documents, up to 8 MB each. One file per checklist item.

What counts as overdue?

A request is highlighted when the due date has passed and at least one item is still pending. The reminder lists only those open items.

Can I delete a file?

Yes. Deleting a file returns that item to pending. Closing a request stops new uploads and frees the free-plan slot. Deleting the request removes the files.

Is a card charged?

Not in this build. Upgrade records an intent on this server so the paid path can be reviewed. A later production deploy would use Stripe Checkout. No keys are stored here.
